Timur Cherikov, Deputy director of the Center for Non-proliferation and Export Control, visited the Wilton Park Conference on "PREVENTING AND MITIGATING THE NEXT USE OF CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS", from 25 up to 27 September 2009.
On this event our representative met with Mr. Clive Rowland, the Policy advisor of the UK Ministry of Defence and discussed issues of export control development, sustainablity and capacity building. During sessions Timur met with other experts and representatives of NGOs, government bodies and research institutes from many countries.
Our Center for Non-proliferation and Export Control would like to say officially thanks to the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom for development export control system, and improve our role in this sector.
